Pacific Breeze Cooler

For this cocktail, we're channeling Big Sur's rugged coastline and lush greenery for something crisp and energizing. The Pacific Breeze Cooler captures the essence of the California coast and makes for a special treat during a detox.

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Muddler

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Muddle cucumber and mint leaves in a glass. Add the lemon juice, honey and ice. Top with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with a cucumber slice and mint sprig.

Golden Glow Lassi

This golden mocktail is inspired by India's staple drink, the mango lassi. Made with key Ayurvedic ingredients for grounding and balance, the Golden Glow Lassi is perfect for sipping during a quiet moment or after a refreshing yoga session.

  • 1 blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain yogurt or plant based yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp ground tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp honey or to taste
  • 1/4 cup water or milk for desired consistency
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of turmeric or cadamom.

Northern Twilight Fizz

Let's take a journey far north for this one. The Northern Twilight Fizz reflects the wild beauty of Newfoundland, known for its breathtaking coastlines and abundance of wild berries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup blackberries or blueberries fresh
  • 1 lime freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Sparkling Water
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Muddle blueberries (or blackberries) in a glass. Add the lime juice, syrup, and ice. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a few whole berries, a lime wedge and/or fresh mint.

Himalayan Bliss Tonic

Drawing inspiration from Bhutan's tranquil landscapes and mindful traditions, this tonic blends green tea, ginger, and honey. The result is a wellness mocktail that's good for mind and body.

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup green tea brewed, cooled
  • 1 tsp ginger freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine green tea, ginger, honey and lemon juice in a shaker or cocktail glass. Stir or shake well to mix. Serve over ice, garnished with a slice of fresh lemon and/or sprig of mint.
